2ND REVIEW OF 2022/2023 – 2026/2027 INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) FOR 2024/2025
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the 2nd Review of the 2022/2023 to 2026/2027 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for 2024/2025 of the Overberg District Municipality was approved by Council on 24 May 2024.

THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE & EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) 2024/2025 – 2026/2027
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Three-Year Budget for 2024/2025 to 2026/2027 of the Overberg District Municipality was approved by Council on 24 May 2024.

REVIEWED PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT POLICY
