ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2017/2018 & 2018/2019

Notice is hereby given that the Adjustment Budget for 2018/2019 was approved by the Council on 28 January 2019 in terms of Section 28(2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003).  Council also approved the Adjustment Budget for 2017/2018 in terms of Section 28(2) and 32(2) of the Act. The budgets are hereby made public in terms of Section 26 of the Municipal Budgeting and Reporting Regulations.  

DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT 2017/2018

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government:  Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), read with Section 127(5) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Draft Annual Report for 2017/2018 has been tabled at Municipal Council meeting on 28 January 2019.  The Annual Financial Statements for the 2017/2018 financial year are attached to the Annual Report as Volume II.

The 2017/2018 Draft Annual Report, the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 Adjustment Budgets are available on the website at www.odm.org.za, and during office hours at:

Comments or representations regarding the Draft Annual Report must be lodged in writing to the Municipal Manager, Private Bag X22, Bredasdorp, 7280, or can be e-mailed to mdunn@odm.org.za, on or before 04 March 2018.

Persons who are unable to read or write are encouraged to visit the Overberg District Municipality during office hours, where they will be assisted to formulate their written comments or representation on the Draft Annual Report.
