SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2021/2022
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53(1)(c)(ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Financial Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Executive Mayor of the Overberg District Municipality has approved the 2021/2022 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP).
The above document can be viewed on the municipal website at www.odm.org.za.
Due to the current threat of the COVID-19 pandemic, hard copies can unfortunately not be made available to the public at traditional strategic points across the region. A copy will however be accessible at the Overberg District Municipality’s Head Office, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp, Tel. 028 425 1157, for inspection. Enquiries may be directed to Mrs. M Dunn at mdunn@odm.org.za during normal office hours.

Quotations submitted by fax, e-mail, or received after the closing time and date shall not be accepted. Quotations may only be submitted on the prescribed official document.
Overberg District Municipality shall apply its Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy as adopted in terms of section 111 of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No 56 of 2003) and the relevant regulations. Quotations will be evaluated according to the criteria and weight of the 80/20 preferential procurement system. Bidders must submit a valid Tax Compliance status PIN, issued by the South African Revenue Services.
It is the prerogative of the municipality not to accept the lowest, a part of or any quotation at all.
