OVERSIGHT REPORT ON 2019/2020

ANNUAL REPORT
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 53 of 2003) (MFMA) read with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that the Council on 28 February 2022 adopted an Oversight Report on the Annual Report for the 2019/2020 financial year.

ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2021/2022
Notice is hereby given that the Overberg District Municipality Third Adjustment Budget (Mid-Year) for 2021/2022–2023/2024 was approved by the Council on 28 February 2022 in terms of Section 28(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003).
The Oversight Report on the Annual Report and the 2021/2022 Adjustment Budget are available on the website at www.odm.org.za.
