AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT IN TERMS OF S33 AND S116 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT 56 OF 2003

Notice is hereby given in terms of Sections 33 and 116 (3) of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (read in conjunction with MFMA Circular No. 62) that it is the intention of Overberg District Municipality to amend the existing contracts as per the below advertisement:
