The Overberg District Municipality, owners of Uilenkraalsmond Resort and Die Dam Resort (subsidiaries of the municipality), wishes to inform the general public that no official websites and/or social media pages exist for these Resorts.

Bookings for the Resorts may only be done telephonically or via email to the administrative official/s at the Resorts. Authorized information for the Resorts can be found on the Overberg District Municipality’s Website and Facebook page. No person, business or entity is allowed to advertise and/or solicit bookings of the Resorts for personal gain. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Resorts’ names or their materials is expressly prohibited.

By this disclaimer, the Overberg District Municipality dissociates itself from any unauthorized business carried out with the names of Uilenkraalsmond Resort and Die Dam Resort. The Overberg District Municipality exempts itself from all possible liability claims that may occur through the use of illegal websites and social media pages, or any unauthorized person, business or entity
