MID-YEAR ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2022/2023
Notice is hereby given that the Overberg District Municipality’s Mid-Year Adjustment Budget for 2022/2023-2024/2025, was approved by the Council on 27th February 2023 in terms of Section 28(2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003).

The 2022/2023 Adjustment Budgets are available on the website at www.odm.org.za

AMENDMENT OF THE INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2022/23 – 2026/27
Notice is hereby given that a proposal for the amendment of the 2022/23 – 2026/27 Integrated Development Plan (IDP), was approved by the Council on 27th February 2023 in terms of Section 34 (b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (MSA), 2000 (Act 32 of 2000).

In terms of the Local Government: Municipal Planning and Performance Management Regulations of 2001, section 3.4 (b), any amendment to the Integrated Development Plan of a municipality must be published for public comments, for a period of at least 21 days, in a manner that allows the public an opportunity to make representation with regards to the amendment.
