Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that Council adopted the 5th Generation Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for 2022/2023 to 2026/2027, on 30 May 2022.

MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE & EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) BUDGET 2022/2023 – 2024/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government:  Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that Council adopted the Three-Year Budget for 2022/2023 to 2024/2025, on
30 May 2022.

MUNICIPAL SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK (MSDF) (2022)

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government:  Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000)), Chapter 4, section 12 of the Spatial and Land Use Planning Act, and section 10 of the Western Cape Land Use Planning Act, 2014 (Act 13 of 2014), that Council adopted the Municipal Spatial Development Framework for the Overberg District Municipality on 30 May 2022.
