NOTICE: INTENTION TO EXTEND CONTRACT
The Overberg District Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), of its intention to extend the following contracts:
