2023/2024 1st REVIEW AND AMENDED INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) OF   2022/2023 – 2026/2027
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the 2023/2024 1st Review and Amended Integrated Development Plan (IDP) of 2022/2023 to 2026/2027 of the Overberg District Municipality was adopted by Council on 29 May 2023.

THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) 2023/2024 – 2025/2026
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA) that the Three-Year Budget for 2023/2024 to 2025/2026 of the Overberg District Municipality was adopted by Council on 29 May 2023.

AMENDED OVERBERG DISTRICT SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK (SDF)
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government:  Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000)), Chapter 4, section 12 of the Spatial and Land Use Planning Act, and section 10 of the Western Cape Land Use Planning Act, 2014 (Act 13 of 2014), that Council adopted the Amended Spatial Development Framework for the Overberg District Municipality on 29 May 2023.
