Notice is hereby given that Council intends to adopt the draft Overberg District Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy, 2024. Interested and affected parties are hereby invited to submit written comments during the 21 days advertising period.

The public is invited to submit representations regarding the Draft Overberg District Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy to mm@odm.org.za by no later than 23 February 2024.

The Draft Supply Chain Management Policy, 2024 will be available on the Overberg District Municipality’s website (www.odm.org.za) and hard copies will be available at our offices.

Persons who are unable to read or write may visit Ms D Kapot-Witbooi: 028 425 1157 during ordinary office hours at the ODM Supply Chain Management Office situated at 11 Recreation Street, Bredasdorp, for assistance in compiling their written representations.
