ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2018/2019 & 2019/2020

Notice is hereby given that the Adjustment Budget for 2019/2020 was approved by the Council on 31 January 2020 in terms of Section 28(2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003). Council also approved the Adjustment Budget for 2018/2019 in terms of Section 32(2) of the act. The budgets are hereby made public in terms of Section 26 of the Municipal Budgeting and Reporting Regulations.

DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT 2018/2019

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), read with Section 127(5) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Draft Annual Report for 2018/2019 has been tabled at Municipal Council meeting on 31 January 2020. The Annual Financial Statements for the 2018/2019 financial year are attached to the Annual Report as Volume II.

REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) 2019/2020

Notice is hereby given in terms of Sec 54(3) of the Local Government: Financial Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that the Revised Top Layer Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2019/2020 financial year was approved by Council on 31 January 2020.

Comments or representations regarding the Draft Annual Report must be lodged in writing to the Municipal Manager, Private Bag X22, Bredasdorp, 7280, or can be e-mailed to mm@odm.org.za, on or before 02 March 2020.

Persons who are unable to read or write are encouraged to visit the Overberg District Municipality during office hours, where they will be assisted to formulate their written comments or representation on the Draft Annual Report.
