A Special Council Meeting was held on 25 May 2026, where Council adopted the Final Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Review for 2026/2027 and the Final Medium-Term Revenue and Expenditure Framework (MTREF) Budget for 2026/2027 to 2028/2029.

FINAL INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) REVIEW FOR 2026/2027
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the Final Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Review for 2026/2027 of the Overberg District Municipality was adopted by Council on 25 May 2026.

THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) 2026/2027 – 2028/2029
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA) that the Three-year Budget for 2026/2027 to 2028/2029 of the Overberg District Municipality was approved by Council on 25 May 2026.
