CALL TO PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS TO APPLY FOR LISTING AS A PREFERRED SUPPLIER ON OVERBERG DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY’S SUPPLIER DATABASE. In compliance with the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) and other regulations and to ensure a competitive procurement process, Overberg District Municipality invites all prospective suppliers to register on the Overberg District Municipality’s supplier database. Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), read with Section 127(5) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Draft Annual Report for 2016/2017 has been tabled at Municipal Council meeting on 29 January 2018.
