Subject : Closure of Offices / Payment of Salaries

On 6 December 2019, Council approved the following closure times over the festive season:
1. The Roads Department will be closed from 17 December 2019 till 10 January 2020. It is compulsary for employees to take leave.
2. The Municipality will close on the 24 December 2019 at 13:00.
3. Administrative offices will re-open on 2 January 2020.
4. Salaries for December 2019 will be paid on 20 December 2019.
5. The Roads Department will close on 13 December 2019 at 13:00.
6. Administrative Office personnel must take leave from 27 December 2019 untill 31 December 2019, as offices will be closed.
