PUBLIC NOTICE
ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2020/2021
Notice is hereby given that the Overberg District Municipality Adjustment Budget for 2020/2021-2022/2023 was approved by the Council on 22 February 2021 in terms of Section 28(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003).
REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) 2020/2021
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 54(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that the Revised Top Layer Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2020/2021 financial year was approved by Council on 22 February 2021.
The 2020/2021 Adjustment Budget and Revised SDBIP are available on the website at www.odm.org.za.
