SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2020/2021
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53(1)(c)(ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Financial Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Executive Mayor of the Overberg District Municipality has approved the 2020/2021 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP).
The approved document may be inspected at the under-mentioned offices of the Municipality during normal office hours. The said documentation is also available on the website of the Municipality: www.odm.org.za. Please click here to access the document.

PROTOCOLS FOR THE PERMITTED PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
These Directions are issued in order to assist categories of services under the Personal Care Service industry that are deemed as safe to resume operations and specify conditions (protocols) under which such services may operate.
The categories of services that are deemed safe to resume operations are the following -
a) Hairdressing;
b) Barbering;
c) Nail and toe treatment;
d) Facial treatment and make - up;
e) Body massage; and
f) Tattooing and body piercing.

Last published 22 June 2020Amendment of Directions issued in term of regulation 4(10) of the Regulations made under Section 27(2)of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002): Live streaming of the creative sector services in support of COVID-19.
Film, television and performing arts productions are permitted to operate – but must adhere to all #COVID19 rules.
- Playhouses may produce content for streaming or live streaming.
- TV productions can only have a maximum of 75 people on set, and scenes must be assessed for risk first. There are also strict sanitising rules.
- And government is calling for productions to add storylines supporting #Coronavirus safety measures.
