Overview
The Financial Services Department is responsible for the development of the financial strategy and overall financial management. This Department is also responsible for ensuring financial balance in the municipality, compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and governance practices and finally ensuring the implementation of the Municipal Financial Management Act (MFMA)

SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2018/2019
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 53(1)(c)(ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Financial Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Executive Mayor of the Overberg District Municipality has approved the 2018/2019 Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP).
The approved document may be inspected at the under-mentioned offices of the Municipality during normal office hours. The said documentation is also available on the website of the Municipality: www.odm.org.za.
