Please be advised that the following formal quotation has been cancelled:

This bid was cancelled due to the Overberg district being designated a Covid-19 Hotspot, subsequently having to revise the communication strategy, and adjusting the minimum requirements.

This bid will be re-advertised and all bidders who tendered previously, should re-apply.

Adoption of Municipal Documents

Notice is hereby given that the 2020/2021 Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Review and the Three-Year Budget for 2020/2021 to 2022/2023 of the Overberg District Municipality has been adopted by Council on 25 May 2020.

Due to the current threat of Covid-19, hard copies of the IDP Review and Budget can unfortunately not be made available for public information. However, post lockdown, such copies may be viewed at the Head Office of Overberg District Municipality, Regional Offices, Local Municipalities, Libraries and Thusong centres across the region.

Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, briefed South Africa on the implications of Level 3, for both hotspots and non-hotspots. It includes details on workplace gatherings, religious gatherings, travel, the sale of alcohol and much more.
