OVERSIGHT REPORT ON ANNUAL REPORT 2017/2018 FINANCIAL YEAR
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance
Management Act (MFMA), Act 53 of 2003, read with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal
Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, that Council has adopted an Oversight Report on the Annual Report for
2017/2018 financial year on 25 March 2019.

REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) FOR 2018/2019
Notice is hereby given in terms of Sec 54(3) of the Local Government Financial Management Act, 2003
(Act 56 of 2003) that the Revised Top Level Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for
the 2018/2019 financial year has been adopted by Council on 25 March 2019.

DRAFT SECOND INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) REVIEW 2019/2020
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000),
that the Draft Second Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Review 2019/2020 of the Overberg District
Municipality has been adopted by Council on 25 March 2019 and is available for inspection for public
comment, input or representations during normal office hours.
The Draft Second IDP Review 2019/2020 can be viewed at the Head Office of Overberg District
Municipality, Regional Offices, Local Municipalities, Libraries and Thusong Centres across the region, and
on the Municipality’s website at www.odm.org.za.

DRAFT THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE & EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK
2019/2020 to 2021/2022
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA),
Act 56 of 2003, that the Draft Three-Year Budget for 2019/2020 to 2021/2022 of the Overberg District
Municipality has been adopted by Council on 25 March 2019 and is available for inspection for public
comment, input or representations during normal office hours.
The Draft Budget can be viewed at the Head Office of Overberg District Municipality, Regional Offices,
Local Municipalities in the District, and on the Municipality’s website at www.odm.org.za.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PROCESS

MUNICIPAL HEALTH SERVICES BYLAWS

Overberg District Municipality by virtue of the powers vested in Section 156 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act no.108 of 1996), read with Section 13 (a) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act no. 32 of 2000), as amended, has prepared a Municipal Health By-law and invite interested parties and stakeholders to give their written inputs before or on 15 April 2019.

The By-Law will be advertised at the premises as indicated below. It is prudent that interested parties and stakeholders attend to this NOTICE and participate in the process by giving written comments pertaining to the By-Law and submit same to the adres below.
