Notice is hereby given in terms of section 127(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 2003 (Act 53 of 2003), read in conjunction with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that the Draft Annual Report for the 2019/2020 financial year has been tabled at the Municipal Council Meeting on 29 March 2021.

DRAFT FOURTH (FINAL) INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) REVIEW 2021/2022

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that the Draft Fourth (Final) Integrated Development Plan (IDP) Review 2021/2022 of the Overberg District Municipality has been adopted by Council on 29 March 2021.

DRAFT THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE & EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK 2021/2022 to 2023/2024

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), 2003 (Act 56 of 2003), that the Draft Three-Year Budget for 2021/2022 to 2023/2024 of the Overberg District Municipality has been adopted by Council on 29 March 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the Overberg District Municipality Adjustment Budget for 2020/2021-2022/2023 was approved by the Council on 22 February 2021 in terms of Section 28(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003).

REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) 2020/2021
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 54(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that the Revised Top Layer Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2020/2021 financial year was approved by Council on 22 February 2021.

The 2020/2021 Adjustment Budget and Revised SDBIP are available on the website at www.odm.org.za.
