Notice is hereby given of Council’s intention to alienate the undermentioned municipal properties in terms of Section 14 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) and the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations:

Any objections against the alienation must be duly motivated in writing and be lodged at the undersigned by not later than 17 August 2020.

Persons who are unable to read or write, can submit their objection/comments verbally at the municipal offices, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp and Mr W Crafford will assist them in putting their comments or objections in writing.
