Notice is hereby given in terms of section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA), read with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that Council on 27 March 2023 adopted an Oversight Report on the Annual Report for the 2021/2022 financial year.

REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) 2022/2023
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 54(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA) that the Revised Top Layer Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2022/2023 financial year was adopted by Council on 27 March 2023.

DRAFT 2023/2024 REVIEW AND AMENDED INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) OF 2022/2023 – 2026/2027
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the Draft 2023/2024 Review and Amended Integrated Development Plan (IDP) of 2022/2023 to 2026/2027 of the Overberg District Municipality was adopted by Council on 27 March 2023.

DRAFT THREE-YEAR BUDGET / MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) 2023/2024 – 2025/2026
Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA) that the Draft Three-Year Budget for 2023/2024 to 2025/2026 of the Overberg District Municipality was adopted by Council on 27 March 2023.
