ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2025/26
Notice is hereby given that the Overberg District Municipality’s Mid-year Adjustment Budget for 2025/26 was approved by Council on 23 February 2026 in terms of section 28(2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management, 2003 Act (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA).
REVISED SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (SDBIP) 2025/26
Notice is hereby given in terms of section 54(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) (MFMA) that the Revised Top-layer SDBIP for the 2025/26 financial year was adopted by Council on 23 February 2026.
The 2025/26 Adjustment Budget and revised SDBIP are available on the website at www.odm.org.za
Enquiries regarding the Adjustments Budget may be directed to Mr S Stanley, and regarding the revised SDBIP to Mrs M Dunn at 028 425 1157 during office hours.
