ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 2024/2025 (DECEMBER)
Notice is hereby given that the Overberg District Municipality’s second Adjustment Budget for 2024/2025-2026/2027 was approved by the Council on 9 December 2024 in terms of section 28(2) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003).
The 2024/2025 Adjustment Budgets are available on the website at www.odm.org.za

INVITATION TO QUOTE - IDP04/2024: SUPPLY OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT
Suppliers are hereby invited to quote for the following specifications (please see attached)
Enquiries regarding the attached specifications for this quotation may be directed to Mr K Theunissen at 028 425 1157, ext.237 or email: ktheunissen@odm.org.za Quotations may be emailed or placed in a sealed envelope endorsed IDP4/2024: SUPPLY OF CAMERA EQUIPMENT (or used in subject line of email). The sealed envelopes must be submitted to Ms. T Engel at the SCM Offices situated at 11 Recreation Street, Bredasdorp, 7280 or emailed to odmscm@odm.org.za not later than 12:00 on Wednesday, 27 November 2024.
Quotations received after the closing time and date shall not be accepted. Quotations will be evaluated according to the criteria and weight of the 80/20 procurement system (80 – price, 20 – specific goals (50% - BBBEE, 50% - Locality)).
The Overberg District Municipality complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Suppliers agree that their personal information may be recorded and processed by the municipality. It is the prerogative of the municipality not to accept the lowest, a part of or any quotation at all.
